Yedan Qian

Yedan works as a Senior Interaction Designer at BMW Group subsidiary Designworks. She is part of a global team that inspires and challenges the BMW Group and third-party clients to stay at the forefront of their industries in design and innovation.

Yedan is an HCI researcher and a pioneer behavioral designer who deciphers human emotion and shapes customer behavior. Her work creates alternative narratives to transform how we perceive, react and engage with our environment.

Previously, Yedan worked at renowned R&D institutes including MIT, Samsung Research America, and Baidu Research. Her works have been shown internationally, most recently at Sundance Film Festival.
