Viktoria Kogan is a passionate and open-minded service designer. With a master degree in strategic design she early specialized in inhouse service design. From her point if view inhouse service design is the most effective way to create value for her own organisation and the society.
After working at several German mid tier and large companies she continued her tenure at Interhyp. Quantitative and qualitative research are her pet issues.
