Tom Cadera is founder and managing director of CaderaDesign GmbH in Würzburg. After studying industrial design at the HBK Braunschweig, he specialized in the interface between people and highly complex technology. His office, founded in 1992, is a leader in the field of user experience design for mechanical engineering and industry. The portfolio includes the design of hardware and software, i.e. both the user interface design of HMIs and the industrial design of machines and systems. This combination results in an outstanding know-how in mechanical engineering and production processes. With well-known projects in the field of IIot, CaderaDesign is also a pioneer for digitization projects on the shop floor.
