Robert Brannekämper

Born in Munich in 1965, post-graduate professional career as an architect in Munich.
Served as a member of the Munich city council from 1996 to 2014. Member of Bavarian Parliament since 2013, representing the constituency of Munich-Bogenhausen. Chairman of both the Committee on Science and the Arts and of the CSU Working Group on Science and the Arts since 2018. Member of both the Political Advisory Board of the new concert hall in Munich (Neues Konzerthaus München) and of the Political Advisory Board of Munich Documentation Centre for the History of National Socialism. Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Stadelheim Prison since 2013. District Chairman of German War Graves Commission of the city and district of Munich. Member of Bavarian Center for Transatlantic Relations.
