Dr. Reichhart is an expert for digital business models with over 10 years of experience. In 2020 he moved to the digital division of the Interhyp Group (ING Group) where he is responsible as a Product Owner for the transformation project "Digital Mortgage Platform of the Future". Prior to that, he was the Program Lead Digital PoS at PAYBACK (American Express Group) where he was responsible for the use of mobile shopping services along the customer journey. At Telefonica-Germany he was Head of Strategy & Operations for the location-based service GETTINGS. In the Strategy & Business Development of the E-Plus Group he was responsible for digital projects (M-Payment, Mobile Advertising, M2M). He has written several international publications in the field of digital business models.
