This session is not "just" about evaluating; it fosters the direct exchange among jurors, designers and manufacturers – unique, challenging, and always one step towards improvement for all!
We dare. For the first time, almost the entire jury process will be public. However, we intend to keep up the suspense until the award ceremony on Friday, starting at 9:30 am. And we are taking it one step further. Because the jury day will be participatory. The consumer jurors of the UNIVERSAL DESIGN Competition 2021 will also be attending live.
The entire jury process takes around six hours. And that is and remains unusual too, as all applicants can personally present their Universal Design submission in a maximum of seven minutes if they wish to do so.
