Assessing the Future of Work with Scenarios and Personas

How can we develop images of the future of work? In this event, we will demonstrate how scenarios and personas can be used to generate options for the future of work.

In this event, we will provide an introduction to Scenario Planning and describe how Personas can be used within this approach.

Furthermore, we will explain how these approaches can be used to develop scenarios for the Future of Work. The aim of this approach is to use these scenarios later as matrix for decisions about which Future of Work a particular organization wants to achieve.

Besides these conceptual considerations, the participants will be dealing with the Future of Work in a workshop setting.
