Eames: The Architect And The Painter is a narrative about Charles and Ray Eames, the most prominent designer couple of the 20th century.
Their experiments with molded plywood pioneered an entire era and the resulting innovative drafts for molded-wood and fiberglass furniture defined the style of U.S. post-war design. Ray and Charles Eames’ ingenuity and curiosity was embodied in diverse projects for architecture, exhibitions, fine arts, film, photography, and industrial and furniture design.
